Collecting page comes in bank. No bonuses.

No matter what I do, no bonuses are collected. This is not working. Very frustrating! No bonuses are processed.

collected 8,000 gifts but never recieved them

third time in a row I spent hours collecting gifts and never received them. I shared that I collected over 8,000 gifts to my friend but when you click the link it says it is broken or has been removed where did my chips go and can you restore...

i would like a pause button. please

i would like a pause button. i jump on and off my game. when it's collecting it bumps me off cause i have it open in another window. i don't want to stop the feed. just pause so i can play for a few then continue collecting when i'm off the game.

The MBC doesn't collect...?

The MBC doesn't work, it won't collect after filling in the game and clicking "Collect all bonuses" It worked yesterday though?

facebook keeps closing window

facebook keeps closing the window and saying collecting too many bonuses. and I am unable to restart the processing of bonuses.

Why there is no stop button?

I am running it for the very first time.The app is running for over 3 hours,had 700 bonuses to claim...while it is c lose to midnight and I want to stop.

I only play Puzzled Hearts and Slotomania Slot Machines. How do I obtain their addresses to put in the first box, instead of having it collect ALL the game you have? I am not very computer savvy and it is taking mer all day to do a collection,...

Mega bonus collector not working for 3 days!!!

The bonus collector hasn't worked for 3 days. Sometimes I can't even collect chips when doing it manually. What's going on? Please, please, please fix it!!!

Great app - love to see more than 1k friend limit

This is my favorite collector app, would be even better if I didn't have to create so many lists to stay under the 1,000 friend limit.

saving game collector profiles, for faster re-use

Well just beeing able to save some kind of game collector settings as profile, that you fast re-use a setting or pre-load it again and change little settings again, to not have to write every game new again down!

Ridiculous you have no cancel anywhere can see

I want to remove this, its horrible and slowing my computer. Where do you have your cancellation, because it seems to have stuck like glue. I will report this site if not answered to my request

lost bonuses

For some reason two of the last three times i have collected the bonuses were not applied to my game. This has just started and hasn't happened before. What do i need to do to correct this?

time out problem
