How do I get addresses Slotomania, Puzzled Hearts?

I only play Puzzled Hearts and Slotomania Slot Machines. How do I obtain their addresses to put in the first box, instead of having it collect ALL the game you have? I am not very computer savvy and it is taking mer all day to do a collection, because it collects for every game,.

I use Mega Bonus Collector all the time, but facebook keeps telling me it is broke and there is NO PICTURE of you page, the page is a blamk space. I tried to reload it tonight and now I don't have your insignia listed on my games list. How do I get it back please?
