how do I get the bonuses credited?

downloaded,but I don't see the bonuses credited to my play account..what needs to be done?

Me too: Mega collected 3775, but DUC only showns 875. Mega collected on 1000 DUC friends, I have over 2000 friends.

I tried to collect, nothing came through,can't figure out why?

Waited quite awhile for this thing to collect bonuses and showed thirty eight collected but did NOT receive any coins! WHY??? Count on this to help give coins to play but didn't get any yesterday or today. This is a HORRIBLE idea, The old way worked and MUCH faster, It takes FOREVER and then get nothing. Will NOT use it again!! LOVE Slotomania and play constantly but rely on shared bonuses to keep playing. Slotomania used to play better with occasional large wins in the games as well as on the bonus wheel, but not for awhile now. It takes coins without any large wins and the wheel will NOT give any large amounts! NOT as much fun as it used to be.
